Prices shown are intended per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
The price includes rich breakfast with wholesome products of the Farm and the surrounding land.
The local tourist tax of 1.90 Euro/person  per day for guests over 14 must be added to the prices shown.

In any case, there are reductions for children in the room with two adults paying in full:

• up to 6 years 60%
• from 7-14 years 40%
• from 15 years up 20%

On the basis of the period booked, there is a supplement for a double room used as a single room.
To reserve exclusive use of the outdoor panoramic sauna, the cost is 20 Euros for 2 people.
Services included in the price are: outdoor car park and ski and bicycle storage.
Pets are welcome in our adjacent facility Apartments Lüch de Plang, where we are equipped to cater to their every need!

We only consider binding bookings accompanied by a confirmation down-payment equal to 40% of the total sum, to be sent by bank transfer made out to:

In case of cancellation we don’t refund deposits for any reason, including weather conditions.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, you will be charged for the entire sum of the total cost of the full period booked.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. of the day of arrival and we kindly ask you to free them no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please do not smoke in the rooms and in the common spaces, in compliance with the law and for health and safety reasons, seen that wood furnishings abound.

Cancellation policy (Consumer Code, Part III, title III, par. I 206/2005):

Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.

The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.

Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• FREE CANCELLATION with a immediate refund of 100% of the advance deposit or conversion into a holiday voucher for an alternative stay to be used within one year of its issue, in the event in which, on the date of arrival, travel for tourism purposes is not permitted by current regulations.

For all other cases:

• up to 60 days before arrival: refund of the 80% of the confirmation deposit;
• from 60 to 30 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
• from 30 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price is charged;
• less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.

We take the liberty of advising you to take out travel insurance against cancellation, interruption and / or late arrival of the trip.
